Plan dates, attributes and owners stay beside the milestone.
The coordinator’s workspace

Plan, assign, follow through.

A milestone is useful when the team knows who acts next. Keep the plan editable and the execution history intact.

01

Prepare the delivery structure

Choose the customer and project. Import sites, create DUs and apply the workflow. Project attributes keep planning information beside each delivery.

02

Dispatch to a person or a group

Select a milestone, choose an eligible owner and dispatch. The WO records the form and approval configuration used for that attempt.

03

Resolve the exceptions

Open the WO to inspect evidence or corrections. Completed work remains traceable; Redo starts a new attempt with the earlier history retained.

Where attention is needed

Read the state.
Then open the work.

Use the matrix for milestone planning and the delivery map for recorded site locations. Filter by project and workflow to keep the operating context clear.

A practical pilot

Bring one project.
Test the complete handoff.

  • Import a small, agreed set of sites and DUs.
  • Dispatch one personal and one group assignment.
  • Submit, return, correct and close a work order.
  • Verify dates, ownership and retained evidence.
